The only processing this site performs is receiving the contact form. The controller is the publisher identified above. What you enter there — name, email address, type of project and message — is used solely to reply to you.

It is never sold, passed to a third party, or used for marketing. The message is delivered by email: no database, no application log and no file on disk keeps a copy. It therefore exists only in the inbox, for as long as the correspondence requires.

This processing rests on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where your message does not lead to a project, on our legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. An email to contact@nebstone.eu is enough. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).

This site sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's local storage, and embeds no analytics tool.

The typefaces are served from our own servers. Visiting this site therefore triggers no request to any third party, and your IP address is disclosed to no one but the host, which processes it to deliver the page.

No consent banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to.

The structure of the site, its texts, its visual identity and its code belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse, even partial, requires prior written agreement.
